Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped via AusPost and you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel. In some instances, tracking details may not be made available until the shipment has left Australia. 

International customers may be liable to pay inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate based on the sale value. This cost is separate to the product and shipping cost and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer chooses not to pay duties on import and the parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a full refund when the parcel is received. The refund for the value of the goods purchased will be less any and all return costs occurred.

Products over 105cm in length are shipped via courier.

Please note that our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, please give physical address at checkout.

International 

Please note that at this time we cannot ship products over 105cm in length.

The vast majority of our products are tailored specifically for each customer. Please allow 2-7 working days for your product to be crafted upon placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. This can be used to track your shipment with the courier network that is handling your parcel.
