You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Our 'No Good, No Worries' policy is designed for your peace of mind. If you're not happy, we're here to make it right, offering a refund or exchange at your discretion.

Yes it's true, some may want to exploit our trust, however we remain committed to this approach, confident in our wonderful customer base. We've proudly supplied thousands of beautiful leather items to customers in Australia and worldwide, encountering very few challenging customers. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are your responsibility. If exchanging, please include a prepaid satchel for the new item or cover the cost difference. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we'll handle the return postage for you.

Faulty Items

Our products come with a 1-year warranty. For faults, email us with your order number and a description, including photos, of the issue. We'll assess and address manufacturing faults, prioritising repairs before offering replacements or refunds. General wear and tear, however, is not covered.
